Renew or change

We renew your licence automatically until you stop or change it. Want to upgrade or downgrade? Cancel your subscription first, or contact us.

Stop your licence

Follow these steps in the app:

1. Open the IBI app.
2. Open the menu.
3. Choose Subscription.
4. Choose Cancel subscription.

Renew or change

Buy a new licence in the webshop, for 1 month up to a year, or a bundle for your team. You receive a new key by email: activate it in the IBI app under Menu › Subscription › Activate, just like your first one. You’re free to pick another plan.

Stop your licence

Nothing to do: a webshop licence stops automatically at the end of the period you bought.

Renew or change

Google renews your subscription automatically. To upgrade or downgrade, open Subscription in the IBI menu.

It stops at the end of the current term.

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Check you’re signed in with the right account.
3. Open the menu and go to Subscriptions.
4. Select IBI and tap Cancel subscription.

Apple renews your subscription automatically. To upgrade or downgrade, open Subscription in the IBI menu.

It stops at the end of the current term.

1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
2. Go to Subscriptions.
3. Select IBI and tap Cancel subscription.
