Questions about IBI Web
What do I need to use IBI Web?
An IBI Go or IBI Pro licence. Log in with the same IBI account you use in the app – your lists stay in sync between phone and browser.
Which files can I import?
Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV and plain text files. After uploading you choose which column holds which part of the address.
How do I get Plan and Track?
Plan and Track are part of IBI Lex, for companies with multiple drivers. Contact us for an activation and a quote; you then log in to IBI Web as an IBI Lex user.
Do my drivers need anything extra?
Each driver uses the regular IBI app with their own IBI account. You link those accounts in Plan mode and send them their lists.
