Add addresses

Tap the round + in the middle of the bottom bar. The Add address window opens.

1. Type the street and house number, then the city. The postcode is optional.
2. IBI suggests addresses while you type. Tap the right one, or finish typing.
3. Tap OK to add the address to your list.

How many addresses fit in one route depends on your plan: 15 with IBI Free, 45 with IBI Start, 110 with IBI Go and up to 200 by car with IBI Pro.

Scan a label

Addresses on a clearly printed label or package can be scanned with the camera.

1. Tap +, then the camera button next to the text box.
2. Point the camera at the label. Drag a box around the text you want to scan.
3. Tap Scan. IBI reads the address and shows it in the Add address window; check it and tap OK.
4. The scanner stays open, so you can scan the next label straight away.

Say the address

Instead of typing, use the dictation button of your phone’s keyboard. IBI has no microphone button of its own: it uses the one on your keyboard.

1. Tap + to open the Add address window.
2. Tap the microphone on your keyboard (iPhone: bottom right; Android: top right or next to the space bar).
3. Say the street, house number and city, then tap OK.

Sort the route

1. Add all your addresses.
2. Tap Sort at the bottom left, or swipe down on the list.
3. IBI calculates the best order and shows the expected time per address.

Edit an address

Tap an address in the list. You get these options:

• Modify address or Add note.
• Add phone number, then Call or text the customer (IBI Go and Pro). See Phone & SMS.
• Set delivery time for a time window (IBI Pro).
• Edit state: open, finished, not at home, at the neighbours, not delivered or different.
• Set as final destination to end your route at this address (IBI Start and up).
• The pencil opens all details, the bin deletes the address.
• Finish ✓ marks the address as delivered.

Find your way

The bar at the bottom of the screen is always there:

• List (on the list screen: Sort) for your addresses.
• Map for your route on the map (IBI Start and up).
• + to add an address.
• Settings for route, report and other settings.
• Menu for everything else: Clear list, Send report, Transfer addresses, Receive lists, Saved lists, Subscription, About IBI and Help / FAQ.
