Delivering and finishing addresses

Finish an address

• Tap the address and choose Finish ✓.
• Or swipe the address to the right and tap the check mark. The same swipe has buttons for a note and to delete.

Finished by mistake? Tap the address and choose Mark as open.

Not at home?

Tap the address, choose Edit state and pick what happened: Open, Finished, Not at home, At neighbors, Not delivered or Different. The state is in your report.

Photo as proof of delivery

1. Tap Settings and choose Other Settings.
2. Switch on Prompt to take confirmation picture.

When you finish an address, IBI asks Take a picture?. The photo is saved with the address and linked in your report. Tap the camera icon of an address to see its photo.

Safety checks

In Settings › Other Settings:

• Check distance to address when finishing address warns you when you finish an address far from where you are. Set the distance with Maximum distance from finished address.
• Confirm before address deletion asks before an address is deleted (on by default).
