Add a phone number

1. Tap the address in the list.
2. Tap Add phone number, enter the number and tap Ok.
3. To change it later, tap the address again and choose Modify phone number.

Phone numbers can also come with the addresses: from a colleague, from IBI Web or from a mailed address list.

Call or text

• Addresses with a phone number get a message icon in the list. Tap it to open your SMS app.
• Or tap the address and choose Call or SMS.
• On the map, the SMS button is in the address details.

Set a standard SMS

Type your message once and IBI fills it in every time. You can still change it before sending.

1. Tap Settings and choose Other Settings.
2. Type your message under SMS Text, for example “Your parcel will arrive in about 10 minutes.” It is saved automatically.
