Start and end point

Start · Go · Pro

By default IBI starts at your current location. To start from your depot or shop:

1. Tap the block at the top of the list (it says Current location).
2. Choose Change starting location.
3. Switch on Use fixed starting location, enter the address and tap Save.

To end every route at the same place, use Final location in the route settings and switch on Use fixed end location. To end at an address in your list, tap it and choose Set as final destination. Back to GPS: tap the block and choose Use current location.

Departure time

Go · Pro

IBI calculates expected times from now. Planning ahead? Set a departure time:

1. Tap the block at the top of the list and choose Change departure time.
2. Switch on Use custom time and set the time. It is saved automatically.

Back to now: tap the block and choose Use current time.

Arrival time or minutes

The list shows the minutes until each address. Prefer the clock time? In the route settings, switch on Show arrival time instead of remaining time per address.

Mode of transport

Under Mode of transport in the route settings, tap walking, bike, car or truck. The selected one has a teal border. Truck routes are for IBI Pro.

Delivery time windows

Pro

Some customers are only home at certain times. Give the address a time window and IBI plans around it:

1. Tap the address in the list and choose Set delivery time.
2. Switch on Use custom time and set the window: Between … and ….
3. Sort the list again.

A window that ends before your departure time is planned for the next day.

More route settings

• Use the shortest route instead of the fastest (Start and up).
• Use current traffic situation for real-time traffic (Go and Pro).
• Number of seconds of waiting time per stopover to plan time per stop (Go and Pro).
• Distance units: kilometres or miles.
