Reports and trace
Let the office, pharmacy or courier company know what has been delivered. IBI emails a report with every address, its state and the time it was finished.
Set up reports
- Tap Settings and choose Report Settings.
- Under E-Mail Address, enter where the report should go.
- Optionally switch on Save current GPS-location after finishing an address to add the location to each finished address.
Send a report
Open Menu and choose Send report. The report lists all addresses by state, with notes, phone numbers, time windows, finish times and photo links (IBI Pro).
Automatic report after every address
Switch on Send report after every finished address. Each time you finish an address, IBI sends the updated report in the background, so the office can follow your round live.
This only works when Modify mail before sending is off: with that setting on, every report opens in your mail app first. Send report as attachment instead of text sends the report as a file.
